The Clifton Victoria Inn sits at the centre of Niagara Falls' tourist district - 100 metres from Casino Niagara and a 5-minute walk to the restaurants, arcades, and rides of Clifton Hill. The Falls lookout area is 10-15 minutes on foot, and the 8 hectare Falls Avenue Resort (including the 1 hectare Fallsview Indoor Waterpark) is directly across the street. A WEGO bus stop is located beside the hotel entrance, providing convenient car-free access to the wider region. Free on-site parking means you can leave your car for the entire stay and explore the area on foot.

The hotel offers several room types: Traditional Guest Two Queen, Two Bedroom Family Suite (two connecting queen-bed rooms), Whirlpool Suite (one king or queen bed with an oversized jetted tub), and Junior Suite (king bed plus queen sofa bed and a jetted tub). All rooms include a 32-inch flat-screen TV, coffee maker, iron, hairdryer, and free WiFi. Only family suites have a mini-fridge; no guest rooms have a microwave (a communal microwave is in the lobby). The property is older and many rooms have worn carpeting, dated furnishings, and occasional musty smells. Breakfast is included for up to four guests per room; additional guests aged 13years and older can purchase breakfast for $9.99 at the front desk. Proof of vaccination may be required. Since there is no restaurant on site, guests can walk to dozens of dining options within minutes - Perkins Restaurant & Bakery is directly across the street, and Clifton Hill offers a wide range of casual and themed restaurants. The hotel also has a vending machine for drinks and snacks.

The hotel's indoor pool is heated and open daily from 10am to 10pm. It sits in the middle of the atrium, adjacent to the breakfast seating area, so the space can feel busy and chlorine-scented. Towels are provided at the pool. The sauna is closed until further notice. There is no spa, hot tub, or fitness centre. For major leisure, the 1 hectare Fallsview Indoor Waterpark (with 16 waterslides, a wave pool, and a children's splash area) is located directly across the street - access is through a separate Waterpark package. The hotel's location also puts you within walking distance of Clifton Hill's attractions, fireworks displays, and the Winter Festival of Lights.
