The property sits directly on the main Pigeon Forge strip, giving immediate access to mini-golf, go-karts, arcades, and dining venues such as Smokies Cuban Cafe, Huck Finn's Catfish, and the Old Mill Farmhouse Kitchen. Dollywood is about 3 km away, and Dolly Parton's Stampede is within a 2-minute drive. The Island in Pigeon Forge and the Pirates Voyage Dinner & Show are also around 3 km away. Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge Airport is 13 km from the hotel. While the strip is busy, rooms facing the Parkway are close to the action. Those seeking quieter nights may prefer a room not directly facing the fire pit area.

The hotel offers a variety of room types, from standard air-conditioned double and single rooms to suites with separate living areas and full bathrooms. Many rooms feature flat-screen TVs, heating, and private bathrooms with a bath or shower. Some units have shared balconies facing the Parkway - ideal for watching Dollywood fireworks. The newer 'building 3000' rooms are described as more modern and conveniently located near the pool and breakfast area. King rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the suite building, accessible via elevator. Louder road-facing rooms may be less quiet than those at the back of the property. The older sections show signs of wear, though beds are reported as comfortable. Some rooms have connecting doors, and a few have an internal window between the bedroom and bathroom.

Breakfast includes biscuits with gravy, eggs, sausage (served on alternating days), oatmeal, cereal, toast, muffins, coffee, juice, and milk. The breakfast area is spacious, though some find the variety limited, particularly for children expecting pancakes or waffles. For a different meal, the surrounding block offers dozens of walkable restaurants, cafés, and snack shops.

The indoor pool is heated and open year-round, while the outdoor pool operates seasonally. Both pools have sun loungers and chairs. A shared hot tub is available, and there is a dedicated spa and wellness centre (charges may apply). The property also has a fire pit area for guest use. Note that pool towels are not provided - bring your own, as you will need to walk back to your room after swimming.

Free parking is available on site without reservation. A lift serves the upper floors, and the whole property is designated non-smoking (balcony smoking is not permitted). Services include a tour desk, laundry, vending machines for drinks and snacks, and fax/photocopying. There are also CCTV cameras and smoke alarms throughout. The front desk operates 24 hours, and luggage storage can be arranged. Housekeeping is provided daily. The hotel does not accept pets.
