Barcelona Cathedral and MACBA Museum are a 10-minute walk away, and Port Vell Marina is less than 1 km from the property. The surrounding streets are lined with shops, cafés, and numerous restaurants, including Bodega Biarritz 1881, Los Caracoles, and Restaurante La Boqueria. The area is very lively day and night, which means street noise can penetrate into rooms, especially those facing the main street. The hotel is down a narrow alley, so taxis drop off on the main road; from there you walk a short distance.

Room types include double, twin, family, and suite options. All rooms come with air conditioning, heating, a wardrobe, safe deposit box, and a private bathroom equipped with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Some rooms offer a bath, others a shower. The family rooms have three beds, and suites have two beds. Rooms are generally compact and basic, with no balcony, fridge, or tea/coffee-making facilities. Soundproofing between rooms is minimal, and street noise can be noticeable, especially in front-facing rooms. A few rooms have interior windows overlooking the hallway. The property is undergoing phased renovations; some rooms are recently updated while others remain dated. Occasional pest issues have been reported and are addressed on request.
