The Colosseum is visible from the street and is a five-minute walk away; the Roman Forum is equally accessible. Cavour Metro is ten minutes on foot and provides one-stop access to Termini station (15 minutes walk), with direct trains to Fiumicino Airport taking about 30 minutes. Most major attractions - Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Venezia - are within a 15-20 minute walk. The area is safe and lively, with a police post across the street. Street-level and first-floor rooms can experience traffic and pedestrian noise, while higher-floor or courtyard-facing rooms are quieter. The hotel can arrange private transfers from both airports for a fixed fee, which is more reliable than hailing a taxi late at night.

Accommodation ranges from double rooms to quadruple rooms, studios, and suites. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries (Malin + Goetz). Rooms include a safety deposit box, Marshall speaker, high-quality linen and towels, bathrobes and slippers. Some rooms offer city views or a balcony, while others overlook the inner courtyard. Triple rooms face an internal courtyard and are generally quieter, but rooms on lower floors or near stairs can pick up noise from the street, the rooftop bar, and the reception area. The annex building (two doors away) houses larger rooms and suites, but has a separate entrance and a very small lift that may not cover all floors. The overall style is functional and clean, though some rooms may feel compact for longer stays. Kitchenettes are available in studios and suites, including a stovetop and kitchenware. Cots are available for children under six sharing a bed with parents; the hotel does not permit a third adult in a double room for safety reasons.

Breakfast is served daily on the rooftop terrace (from 5:00 pm to 1:00 am the bar is open to both hotel guests and walk-ins) with a varied selection including scrambled eggs, bacon, pastries, fruit, yogurt, cheeses, cold cuts, and Roman specialties. The breakfast team is known for their friendly, efficient service and excellent cappuccino.
