CROWNE PLAZA DENVER AIRPORT CONVENTION CTR, Denver

The hotel is roughly a 10-minute drive from Denver International Airport and about a 5-minute drive from the train station that connects to downtown. A free shuttle operates 24/7, but it makes multiple stops at other hotels, so allow extra time. The immediate vicinity has limited walkable dining: several fast-food outlets are within 0.5 km, along with a Starbucks. The hotel's own restaurant and bar are the main on-site dining options. The convention center attached to the hotel is a considerable walk from the guest room towers. The property is not well suited for car-free exploration of downtown Denver, as that requires a train or taxi ride.

The hotel's restaurant, The Terrace, serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but the menu is limited and hours may change without notice, particularly for dinner. The breakfast buffet costs $16.95 per person, with good quality but limited hot options. Room service is available for breakfast and dinner only, with a service charge. The adjacent bar serves food including burgers, but can be slow and understaffed during busy periods. The only walking-distance alternatives are fast-food chains such as KFC, Popeyes, Taco Bell, and Subway, all about 0.5 km away. There are no vending machines for food in the hotel, only a small kiosk with limited snacks. The hotel policy prohibits outside food and drink in common areas.

Wi-Fi is available but can be unstable and slow, with frequent disconnections. The front desk operates 24/7, but staffing is often insufficient, leading to long lines at check-in and slow response times on the phone. The airport shuttle runs 24/7 but requires advance sign-up and makes multiple stops. Parking is paid, and the lot uses a key card for entry; vehicle break-ins have occurred. Luggage storage is available. Cots are available on request. The property is non-smoking. The elevator system often has only one elevator working, causing significant waits. Housekeeping may not refresh toiletries or coffee without a specific request, and cleaning can be inconsistent.
