DASH LIVING ROCHOR, Singapore

Rooms at Dash Living Rochor are compact, modern, and fully equipped with air conditioning, free WiFi, a work desk, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, safe deposit box, and electric kettle. Each room has a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The Deluxe Double Room accommodates up to 3 adults with one single and one double bed, while the Double Room with Extra Bed can sleep 4 adults. Six-person groups can book the spacious suite with a separate living area. Many rooms have sealed, non-opening windows with no natural ventilation; some include a balcony or terrace. Rooms are compact - space for luggage is limited, especially in smaller room categories. Some rooms have carpeted floors that may show stains. The property was fully renovated in June 2023, so interiors are modern and clean upon arrival.

The property offers free WiFi in all areas, a shared kitchen with microwave and utensils, a shared lounge with TV, an outdoor terrace with furniture, and a self-service laundry room with free washer and dryer (guests must provide their own laundry detergent). Irons and ironing boards are available on each floor. Concierge service, express check-in/check-out, and 24/7 support via WhatsApp or video call are provided. The building has a lift, key card access to rooms and elevator, CCTV in common areas, a security alarm, and a safe deposit box. The ground floor features a vending machine and a door leading to an adjacent Indian restaurant. Accessibility features include wheelchair-accessible facilities, grab rails in toilets, an emergency cord, and a lower bathroom sink. Luggage storage is available next to the reception area, but items are left at the owner's risk.

There is no breakfast service, restaurant, or bar on the property. A vending machine in the lobby sells cold drinks for SGD 1.20 per bottle. The adjacent Indian restaurant is accessible directly from the lobby. The surrounding Little India area is densely packed with Indian restaurants, 24-hour food stalls, and the Tekka Centre hawker market, all within a 2-5 minute walk. A 7-Eleven convenience store is one minute away. For those who prefer to self-cater, a shared kitchen with a microwave is available. Guests wanting a fuller meal can explore the extensive range of eateries, including several vegetarian Indian restaurants, just steps from the hotel.
