The location is in a quiet residential area, not the tourist core, which keeps noise low at night. Multiple convenience stores, supermarkets, and casual restaurants are within a 300-metre radius. The Asakusa Line also connects quickly to Akihabara (25 minutes) and Shibuya (40 minutes) without changing trains.

Room layouts range from one-bedroom apartments suitable for couples or small families to three-bedroom units that can accommodate up to 9 people (3 beds plus 6 futons).
