DEMETRIO BY ALMA SUITES, Valencia

The property sits in a calm residential street with good transport links. Playa de las Arenas is an 18-minute walk away, and Puerto de Valencia is 600 metres from the door - ideal for port visits or harbour strolls. Valencia Airport is 12 km away, reachable by metro via the station 6-7 minutes on foot. Major attractions such as L'Oceanografic (2 km) and Turia Gardens (4 km) are within walking or quick metro distance. The area offers a supermarket, several restaurants and bars within a few hundred metres, and a 24-hour shop at the end of the street. Water sports are available in the surroundings. The street itself is quiet, with limited car noise, and free street parking can sometimes be found nearby.

Rooms are apartment-style studios or one-bedroom units. Each has a private bathroom (spacious, with good water pressure), air conditioning, heating, and a seating area with a flat-screen TV. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine (capsules available for a fee), cookware, and kitchenware. Some units feature a separate bedroom and a living room, plus a washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities. Loft-style apartments with a large terrace and blackout curtains are available. The bedrooms have comfortable beds (1.50 m wide in some units). The modern design is clean and minimal, with digital blinds and a quiet ceiling fan. Natural light is good thanks to large windows, while blackout curtains help for sleeping. Road-facing rooms may hear traffic noise; the area is generally quiet. The property uses an app-based access system (no physical keys). Cleanliness standards are high, though some past incidents show inconsistency - immediate reporting to staff resolves issues.

The beach (Playa de las Arenas) is a pleasant 18-minute stroll, making seaside relaxation and water sports accessible. The surrounding area offers water sports activities. Bicycles can be rented at the property for exploring the city and coast, and the metro station nearby provides access to the rest of Valencia. The property itself does not have a pool, spa, or fitness centre, but the large terrace in some apartments offers a private outdoor space to relax.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property. On-site private parking costs €18 per day and includes an electric vehicle charging station; a reservation is required and a parking garage is available. The property offers a paid shuttle service (airport drop-off/pick-up) and bicycle rental. A lift serves the building. All access - to the main door, apartment, and garage - is via a smartphone app; no physical keys or codes are needed. Communication with staff is through WhatsApp, with support in German, English, Spanish, Hebrew, and Portuguese. Luggage storage and early check-in/late check-out are available for extra charges. Housekeeping is not automatic but can be requested for a fee. A deposit of €150 is held during the stay. Cots are available for children. Pets are allowed with an additional nightly charge.
