Many rooms have double-glazed windows that block street noise when closed, though road-facing rooms can hear noise from the square. Some rooms offer a balcony overlooking the street or a small square, but these are limited. Bedding is generally a sheet and thin blanket rather than a duvet; mattress firmness varies, with some hard mattresses reported. The décor is maximalist and vintage - wallpaper, prints, and antique furniture - which some find charming and others dated. Upper-floor rooms may have views of Notre Dame or the Pompidou Centre. There is no mini-fridge or in-room kettle, though a shared kettle is available near reception. Some rooms have carpeted floors.

Breakfast is a set menu rather than a buffet - typically a baguette, croissant, butter, jam, a small portion of fruit compote, filtered coffee, and orange juice. There is no hot food, cheese, yoghurt, or cereal. The hotel does not have an on-site restaurant, bar, or room service. However, the surrounding block contains numerous restaurants, cafés, boulangeries, and a grocery store within a 2-minute walk, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices. Coffee is available from a shared kettle near reception outside breakfast hours.

The hotel does not offer any wellness or leisure amenities on site. The focus is entirely on its central location and boutique accommodation. Guests seeking a pool, spa, or fitness centre will need to use facilities elsewhere in Paris.
