The hotel sits on a busy corner in the 10th arrondissement, directly across from Louis Blanc metro (line 7). This line provides a direct ride to major attractions. The area is lively with many restaurants, bakeries, and shops within a short walk; Canal Saint-Martin is a 2-minute stroll away for a more tranquil atmosphere. Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est are each about an 800-metre walk, making the hotel convenient for Eurostar arrivals. A police station nearby contributes to a safe feel, but also means sirens are audible, especially on street-facing rooms.

Rooms are generally small but clean and functional, with air conditioning, heating, a safety deposit box, tea/coffee making facilities, and a flat-screen TV. All rooms have a private en-suite bathroom with hairdryer and free toiletries - five specific rooms have a shower, while the rest have a bath (which some find small). Bed sizes are standard; some beds are noted as comfortable. Noise from the street and emergency vehicles is a recurring theme, especially in rooms facing the main road - a room overlooking the courtyard or on a higher floor away from the street is much quieter. Some rooms have a balcony (limited availability; must be requested at booking). Interconnecting rooms are available for families, but only some rooms are interconnecting - contact the hotel directly. A room with a balcony can also be requested, but is subject to availability. The twin rooms cannot accommodate more than 2 persons.

Breakfast is a continental buffet (13€ per person) with a good variety including bread, pastries, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, cheeses, hams, scrambled or boiled eggs, and hot drinks. The breakfast room connects to a pleasant courtyard garden where guests can eat in fine weather. Although there is no restaurant, vending machines for snacks and drinks are available, and the surrounding area offers numerous cafes, bistros, and international restaurants within a few minutes' walk - the hotel provides a map upon check-in.

The hotel features a small courtyard garden with outdoor furniture. This is used for breakfast seating in good weather and provides a pleasant, quiet spot for relaxation. Beyond the garden, there are no on-site leisure facilities such as a spa, pool, or gym. However, the Canal Saint-Martin area is a short walk away and offers a scenic route for walks and local bars.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in all areas, a 24-hour front desk with concierge service, and luggage storage free of charge (useful for early arrivals or late departures). A paid shuttle service is available, but an airport shuttle is not. Private on-site parking costs 20€ per day - reservation is essential, and the height limit is 1.92m.
