Set in the 6th arrondissement, the hotel is in one of Paris's safest and most desirable neighbourhoods. The streets are filled with bookshops, galleries, antique shops, cafés and brasseries. Direct metro lines M4, M10 and M12 give easy access to the Eiffel Tower (3 km), Louvre Museum (2 km) and Orsay Museum (1 km). Passengers arriving from CDG can expect about a one-hour trip via RER B and metro; from Gare du Nord the journey is under 30 minutes. The area is ideal for walking - Luxembourg Gardens is an eight-minute stroll away, and the Arc de Triomphe is a few metro stops. Several restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket are within a 300-metre radius, making self-catering convenient. However, the street can be noisy at night due to deliveries and Vélib' bike station operations, so requesting a room facing the courtyard is advisable for light sleepers.

All rooms include air conditioning, a private bathroom with shower (Classic and Superior) or shower and separate WC (Deluxe and Prestige), a minibar, flat-screen TV with international channels, free Wi-Fi, a safe, a kettle and a hairdryer. Classic rooms (13 m2) have a Queen-size bed (160 cm); Superior rooms (15 m2) also feature a Queen bed. Deluxe rooms (18 m2) offer a King-size bed (180 cm or 200 cm) and street views. The four Prestige rooms (20 m2) are the quietest, facing an inner courtyard, and come with a King-size bed and two windows. Twin Deluxe rooms (with two single beds) and step-free showers are available only in this category. Some rooms - particularly those in the attic - have sloped ceilings that can be problematic for taller guests. A few rooms are described as worn or dated, with scuffed furniture or stained carpets, though cleanliness is generally maintained. Noise insulation between rooms is limited, and street-facing rooms can be disturbed by outside activities. For a more peaceful stay, choose a courtyard-facing Prestige or Superior room (ground to 4th floor).

The buffet includes fair-trade and organic products, fresh fruit juices, fresh fruit salad, organic eggs, cheeses from a local farm, pastries from a nearby bakery, and hot dishes such as scrambled eggs and bacon. Gluten-free and vegan options are not specifically catered for, though the buffet is said to have wide choice. Breakfast is charged at €19 per person and can be booked at arrival or as part of the reservation. The hotel does not have a restaurant; for lunch or dinner guests can walk to any of the many brasseries, bistros and pizzerias within a few minutes' walk - such as Bistro des Amis, or the famous Café de Flore and Les Deux Magots. A bar is available in the lobby for drinks throughout the day.

The hotel provides free high-speed Wi-Fi in all areas, a 24-hour front desk, and a lift that serves every floor. A connected space in the lobby offers a photocopying service. Luggage storage is available (for up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to volume).
