Berlin Central Station is 3 km away - a 10-minute tram ride - and the express train from the airport stops at U Rosenthaler Platz. Breakfast tickets are provided at check-in; if you lose them, no refund is given. A single drink (one coffee/tea or one juice) is included; extra drinks cost extra. The Circus Microbrewery in the basement offers a range of home-brewed beers on tap and a cocktail menu. The bar hosts karaoke, pub crawls, and live-event screenings. A coffee shop on site sells coffee, snacks, fruits, and special-diet menus on request. No full restaurant or shared kitchen is available, so guests who prefer to cook can use the apartments' kitchens.

The hostel has a partnership with a fitness centre directly across the street, offering access to gym facilities. In summer, outdoor pilates and yoga classes are organised by the hostel. Bicycle rental is available for an additional charge, and cycling is a popular way to explore the neighbourhood.
