Berlin Brandenburg Airport is 25 km from the hotel. The Airport Express train (FEX/RE8/RE7) covers the trip in 34 minutes for about €4, while a taxi takes roughly 45 minutes and costs about €50. A supermarket sits around the corner, several dining options are within a short walk, and the Alexanderplatz Christmas Market appears directly outside in winter.

Room options run from double and twin/double to triple, quadruple and family layouts; family rooms combine a double bed with two child-sized beds suitable for children up to 15. All rooms are air-conditioned through a heating/cooling airflow system, though cooling can be limited in hot weather.
