Exit 2 of Kagurazaka Station on the Tozai Line places you within a short walk, providing direct access to major hubs like Nihonbashi and Shinjuku. The area is known for its peaceful, traditional-modern atmosphere, with numerous restaurants, convenience stores (7-Eleven, Family Mart), and supermarkets nearby. The Imperial Palace area is within walking distance. Haneda Airport is 17 km away; Narita Airport can be reached via train or bus in about 1.5 hours. Despite being on the quieter side, the excellent metro connection makes exploring central Tokyo easy.

The property offers two mixed dorms (14 and 24 beds) and a female-only dorm (14 beds). Each dorm bed comes with a comfortable mattress, privacy curtain, personal light, electrical outlet, and a small security box (fits a small laptop). Air conditioning is available. Private rooms feature a double bed, air conditioning, and either a shared or private bathroom; some rooms have a private balcony and natural light. Free toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) are provided. The private rooms are notably spacious by Tokyo standards, with enough room for luggage. The neighbourhood is quiet at night, and earplugs are available at reception if needed.

Breakfast is included and offers a choice of artisanal bagels (several flavours), granola with yogurt, fresh juice, and good coffee. It is served at the ground-floor café, Gather by UNPLAN. No gluten-free options are available. The café also serves lunch and brunch until 17:30, and transforms into a cozy bar with cocktails and light meals in the evening (Koyoino Parfait bar opens from 18:30 to 22:30). A vending machine with drinks is also available. The neighbourhood is full of restaurants for more variety.

The on-site sauna can be booked by guests at a discounted rate - a popular solo relaxation option. Free walking tours are offered once or twice a week, led by knowledgeable staff, exploring the hidden gems of Kagurazaka. Free bicycle rental is a great way to cover more ground. The property also hosts movie nights and other social activities in the common lounge and rooftop area. No swimming pool or spa facilities are available.

Wi-Fi is free throughout the property and reliable for remote work. Luggage storage is free on the day of check-in and check-out; longer-term storage costs ¥400 per day. A shared kitchen is available for guest use (cooking and eating allowed). Laundry services are available for an additional fee. The 24-hour front desk offers concierge service, private check-in/out, and night staff for late arrivals. A lift provides access to upper floors.
