Plaça de Catalunya - the main transport hub with metro lines, the Aerobus stop, and tour buses - is a few minutes' walk. Key sights like the Cathedral of Barcelona (700 metres), Picasso Museum (14 minutes on foot), and Portal de l'Angel (500 metres) are easily reached. Passeig de Gracia Metro Station is under 1 km away, and the Barceloneta beach is 3 km. The immediate street can feel less safe late at night, so plan returns after dark accordingly.

The property offers double, twin, triple, and single rooms. All rooms have air conditioning, heating, and a flat-screen TV. Rooms with private bathrooms include a shower or bath; single rooms with a shared bathroom have a sink and shower in the room but a toilet in the hallway shared with two other rooms.
