The hostel sits in a quiet residential area on a steep hill. Park Güell is within a 3-minute walk, and the Carmel bunkers (Mirador) are about 1 km away. The city centre is reachable by bus in 25 minutes, and Sagrada Familia is a 30-minute walk. Multiple bus stops and the Lesseps metro provide easy connections. The area has supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants within a few minutes' walk. Note that the slope may be challenging with heavy luggage.

Each dormitory includes lockers (with free padlocks available at reception) and individual reading lights. Rooms have either a balcony or terrace, and some feature city views. Bathrooms are shared within the dorm - typically one bathroom per room - and include free toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Towels are provided free of charge. Daily housekeeping is included. Beds are comfortable with quality mattresses. Female-only dorms are available. Air conditioning is provided in all dorms. Note that the property has no elevator, and rooms are accessed by stairs.

Breakfast is served daily from the reception area. Options typically include bagels, pastries, yogurt, cereal, coffee, and orange juice.
