The hotel is on a quiet street off Avenue Wagram, just one block from the Arc de Triomphe. Metro stations Ternes (line 2) and Charles de Gaulle-Étoile (lines 1, 2, 6, and RER A) are both within a five-minute walk, providing direct access to Disneyland Paris and all major sights. The neighbourhood is lively and feels safe both day and night, with an excellent selection of restaurants, bakeries, and shops along Rue Poncelet market and Faubourg Saint-Honoré. For airport transfers, the RER B (at Châtelet-Les Halles) connects to CDG; a taxi from the airport costs up to €60, and from Gare de Lyon about €25-30.

Room sizes range from very compact singles to larger quadruple rooms that can sleep four. All rooms come with air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a minibar, free WiFi, and an electric kettle with tea and coffee. Bathrooms are private with either a bath or shower; some are small, and shower enclosures may lack a full door. Superior double rooms (and some triples) have balconies overlooking the street - these must be specifically requested and are subject to availability at check-in. Rooms on lower floors or near the elevator may pick up more noise from the lift and from internal courtyard smokers. Windows are double-glazed but sound from the street or courtyard can still be audible.

The continental buffet includes fresh croissants, pain au chocolat, bread, sliced ham and cheese, yoghurt, cereals, coffee, tea, milk, and chocolate drinks. The breakfast room is small and windowless but kept clean. Breakfast can be added to your booking for €17 per person. The hotel does not have a restaurant, but the surrounding area is packed with dining options: eight restaurants are within a 300-metre walk, covering French, Asian, and international cuisines. In-room breakfast and special diet menus can be ordered on request.

There is no spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre on site. For relaxation, guests can use the shared lounge/TV area or the small sun terrace with outdoor furniture. The surrounding neighbourhood provides excellent opportunities for walking, with the Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées within a few minutes on foot.

The 24-hour reception offers concierge and tour desk services. Luggage storage is free both before check-in and after checkout. Daily housekeeping and towel changes are included. The lift serves all floors but is small and can be slow during busy periods. A safety deposit box is available free of charge. Business facilities are limited to fax/photocopying (at a charge).
