The neighbourhood is safe and well-served by supermarkets, bakeries, and restaurants, including Le Saint-Martin's, Cafe Michel, and Di-Napoli within a few minutes' walk. Parking is available nearby (fee applies), but the area is well connected by public transport.

Accommodation options include doubles, twins, triples, and a suite. Double rooms are approximately 12.9 m2 with a 160 cm bed; triple rooms are 20 m2 with three single beds. All rooms feature a wardrobe, carpeted floor, and city views. Bathrooms are small and may have a shower or bathtub. Some rooms have a balcony or terrace (subject to availability). There is no air conditioning - fans are provided in summer, and central heating in winter. Rooms are compact; bathrooms can be very tight. The hotel does not have rooms suitable for guests with mobility impairments. The suite includes a separate living room and a terrace with garden views.
