The hotel is located 1 km from Los Angeles International Airport, with the free airport shuttle operating 24/7 every 15-30 minutes. It takes about 7 minutes to reach the terminals. The Green Line metro station (Aviation Hwy/Imperial Hwy) is a 7-minute drive, offering rail access to downtown and other areas. Manhattan Beach Pier is easily reachable, and Sofi Stadium is about 20 minutes away. Multiple dining options - including Comfort Dining Room, Jersey Mike's Subs, and Zpizza - are within a 0.5 km walk. For car-free city access, the shuttle is most practical; driving to Santa Monica Beach takes about 20 minutes without traffic.

All rooms are suite-style, generally featuring a separate living room and bedroom divided by a door. Each suite includes a balcony (French or step-out style, with larger ones on the 2nd floor), air conditioning, heating, a flat-screen TV, a tea and coffee maker, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a work desk, and an in-room safe. Some suites offer city views. Bedding options include king suites or two-queen suites; the two-queen layout places both beds in the bedroom with a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom is located inside the bedroom. While some rooms and furniture show signs of ageing, the suites are generally clean and spacious. Room service and housekeeping are request-only.
