The Toy Story parking lot is across the street, providing an alternative Disney shuttle with earlier security screening.

Bedrooms are clean but basic. The most spacious rooms can sleep up to 4 people with 2 beds, ideal for families or groups. Standard double rooms accommodate up to 2. CTV and Walgreens nearby for groceries and supplies.

The outdoor heated pool and hot tub are available year-round, with pool towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas provided. The pool area is well-maintained and families often use it for a midday break from the parks. The hot tub is a popular spot to soak sore muscles after a day at Disney, though hours end at 10 PM. There is no spa, fitness center, or gym on site.

Daily housekeeping is standard but can be inconsistent; some rooms are refreshed each day with new towels and trash removal, while others report it is limited.
