Located at 415 W Katella Ave, the hotel sits less than two blocks from the Disneyland® Resort main entrance and a 10-minute walk to the Anaheim Convention Center. Anaheim GardenWalk, offering dining (P.F. Chang's, Cheesecake Factory, Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.) and entertainment (Bowlmor Lanes, House of Blues), is steps away. The ART shuttle stops nearby ($6 adults, $2 children/seniors, cash only) for those who prefer not to walk. John Wayne Airport is 19 km away; no hotel shuttle is available-Uber/Lyft or third-party shuttles are the main options. The Toy Story parking lot is across the street, providing an alternative Disney shuttle with earlier security screening.

Bedrooms are clean but basic. The most spacious rooms can sleep up to 4 people with 2 beds, ideal for families or groups. Standard double rooms accommodate up to 2. All rooms include a refrigerator, coffee maker, hairdryer, iron/board, and alarm clock radio. Microwaves are not standard-rent one for $5/night. Bathrooms have walk-in showers, free toiletries, and parquet floors (no carpet). The mattresses are firm and many find them uncomfortable, especially after a long park day. Pillows are described as thin and lumpy. Noise is a notable issue: thin walls and doors directly facing the outdoors mean traffic, parking lot activity, and neighboring rooms can be heard. Rooms on the GardenWalk parking lot side experience car alarms and revving engines until late. Second-floor units offer a clear view of the Disney fireworks from the room. No balconies. Handicap-accessible single queen rooms are available but some have narrow bathroom doorways that may not accommodate a standard wheelchair.

The outdoor heated pool and hot tub are available year-round, with pool towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas provided. The pool area is well-maintained and families often use it for a midday break from the parks. The hot tub is a popular spot to soak sore muscles after a day at Disney, though hours end at 10 PM. There is no spa, fitness center, or gym on site.
