Trader Joe's and several other shops are also within easy walking distance. For drivers, parking is available in the underground garage directly under the building. Note that late-night entry to the hotel may require using the main entrance and a keycard; the direct metro connection may be locked after approximately 9 PM. The surrounding Chevy Chase neighbourhood is considered safe and walkable.

The standard suite layout provides a king or two double beds in a private bedroom with a door, plus a separate living area with a sofa bed, work desk, and 42-inch flat-screen TV.
