The route to the station is uphill, so travellers with heavy luggage should plan accordingly. Family Mart is directly across the street, and several coffee shops and restaurants are within a block. The immediate neighbourhood feels safe, and the hotel is far enough from the busiest intersections to remain quiet at night.

Room types include Western-style double and twin rooms, plus Japanese-style rooms with futons on tatami (Type A), futon with a bed (Type B), and futon with a bed and wooden floor (Type C). Twin room beds measure 110 cm wide and 200 cm long. Double beds are 140 cm wide. All rooms have air conditioning (set to a minimum of 23°C), heating, an electric kettle, free toiletries, pajamas, and slippers. Some rooms have a balcony. Room sizes average 13 m2, which is typical for central Tokyo but leaves very limited space for suitcases.
