The hotel is a 2-minute walk from Hatagaya Station on the Keio New Line, providing direct access to Shinjuku in 3 minutes. Harajuku and Shibuya are reachable within 20 minutes by train, and Tokyo Station and Akihabara are about 20 minutes from Shinjuku. The Olympic Stadium is 30 minutes by public transport or 15 minutes by taxi. The area is quiet and safe, with a Family Mart on the corner, a post office next door, and a variety of dining options within 0.5 km. Note that the Keio New Line is not part of the JR network, so a JR Pass does not cover these trips; an IC card or separate ticket is needed.

Room sizes are small by Tokyo standards, some around 5 m2. Options include family rooms with 6 beds, quadruple rooms with 4 futons, triple rooms (2 singles + 1 double), and twin/double rooms. Tatami-style rooms are available. Each room has a private bathroom with shower, hairdryer, toiletries, and a washlet toilet. Some rooms are equipped with a kitchenette including a refrigerator, microwave, and electric kettle. Noise from thin walls and plumbing can be an issue; light sleepers may benefit from earplugs. Bed firmness varies - many mattresses are very firm. The air conditioning can be loud. Cleanliness is inconsistent; some rooms may have a mouldy smell or dated carpets. No in-room safe or balcony. The lift is available but narrow. For a fresher feel, request a renovated room.

Breakfast is served from early morning until 11am and includes toast, jam, soup, and a choice of hot drinks. A boiled egg can be added for 100 JPY. The café also offers a range of international meals and halal options are available upon request. Café charges must be paid directly and cannot be added to the room bill. For a wider choice, a convenience store is on the corner and there are several restaurants within a 2-minute walk.
