The hotel sits in a quiet, safe business district, with excellent public transport connections. Daimon Station provides direct Oedo Line trains to Roppongi, Asakusa, and Shinjuku, while JR Hamamatsucho Station offers the Yamanote and Keihin-Tohoku lines - a 5-minute ride to Tokyo Station. The monorail from Hamamatsucho Monorail Station reaches Haneda Airport in 18 minutes; the Keisei line from Daimon also provides direct service to Narita Airport. A 15- to 20-minute walk leads to Ginza, and Tokyo Tower is within a 15-minute walk. The immediate area is filled with restaurants, convenience stores (Family Mart, Lawson, 7-Eleven), and a small supermarket, all within a few minutes' walk. The hotel provides a local dining map at the front desk.

Room sizes vary: some rooms feel spacious enough for two large suitcases, while others are tight, especially with full-size luggage. Standard double and twin rooms are basic but clean; Superior Queen rooms offer a wider 160 cm bed. All rooms include a fridge, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, tea set, hairdryer, slippers, and free toiletries. Rooms with views of Tokyo Tower are possible from higher floors, though the tower may be partially obstructed by a neighbouring building. Corridor noise can be audible, and some rooms face open-air hallways. Soundproofing is generally decent, with some rooms described as very soundproof. Daily housekeeping is standard, and room cleaning is provided on request.

The hotel does not have a restaurant, bar, or meal service. For breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the immediate neighbourhood provides numerous options. Within a 0.5 km radius there are over a dozen restaurants, including Manden Gyoza for dumplings, Braceria Bava for Italian, Tokyo Ramen Tower, as well as cafes and yakitori spots. A convenience store (Family Mart) is just one block away. The front desk has a map of recommended local dining and breakfast spots. There is also a vending machine for drinks on the second floor and a free coffee/tea machine in the lobby.

The property does not have a spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre. The only wellness offering is a massage service available for an extra fee. The quiet, safe neighbourhood and proximity to Tokyo Tower, Ginza, and walking paths provide leisure opportunities outside the hotel.
