For those driving, underground parking is available (fee applies), but a car is not necessary for exploring the village. Public day lots are nearby if hotel parking is full. Il Caminetto, an acclaimed Italian restaurant, is adjacent. Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club is 3 km away, and Scandinave Spa is a 7-minute drive.

The property offers Queen Studios (single floor), Queen Studio Lofts (double-storey with bed upstairs), DLX Studios, and larger suites. Many units feature a wood-burning fireplace, a balcony (subject to booking), and kitchenettes with stovetop, microwave, fridge, and cookware.
