The area is safe and quiet, though the hotel is situated on an uphill street, which can be strenuous for some. The nearest metro station (Joanic) is about 5-10 minutes on foot; during construction periods, buses serve the area.

Accommodation options include single, twin/double, triple, and family rooms. Rooms are modern, with parquet floors, a private entrance, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Some rooms are compact; the family rooms provide more space (some up to 4 beds). The beds are widely described as very comfortable, with good-quality linen and towels. A safety deposit box is available in the room. Note that there is no balcony, and rooms on the ground floor facing the street can experience noise from traffic and the adjacent bar. Rooms located near the reception area or the coffee machine may experience noise from the hallway, especially late at night.
