FAIRFIELD INN AND SUITES BY MARRIOTT ROCHESTER WEST/GREECE, Rochester

Located 11 km from Greater Rochester International Airport and near attractions such as Seneca Park (6 km) and The National Museum of Play (11 km), the hotel is a practical base for both business and family trips. The surrounding area is suburban, with plenty of restaurant options within a 5-minute walk-including Applebee's (0.5 km) and Olive Garden (0.5 km)-as well as a minimarket on-site. Free self-parking is ample, and the hotel is easy to reach from the highway. The immediate neighborhood is quiet, though some noise from the nearby roads can reach rooms facing the street.

Breakfast is offered each morning and includes a rotating selection of hot items such as omelets, bacon, and sausage biscuits alongside continental staples. Coffee, tea, and fruit are available in the lobby 24 hours. The hotel also has a snack bar and a minimarket for additional purchases. While the breakfast spread can be good when well-stocked, it may run out of popular items during busy periods, and replenishment can be inconsistent. There is no restaurant or bar on-site for dinner, but several chain and casual dining options are within a short walk, including Applebee's and Olive Garden.

The indoor pool is open from 7:00 to 23:00, but capacity is limited to 10 guests at a time with sign-up required at check-in. The hot tub is also available during the same hours, though both facilities have received mixed reports regarding water clarity and cleanliness. The fitness center is open 24 hours and has cardio equipment and free weights. Outdoors, the hotel offers a garden, an outdoor fireplace, a picnic area, and barbecue facilities that can be used when weather permits. Pool/beach towels are provided on-site.

The property offers a business center with free fax/photocopying, a meeting room for small gatherings, and laundry services (dry cleaning and self-service) at an additional charge. Daily housekeeping is provided, though consistency may vary. The front desk operates 24 hours and offers express check-in/check-out. Luggage storage is available upon request. The hotel has an elevator and is wheelchair-accessible, with mobility-accessible rooms, roll-in showers, and visual alerts for the hearing impaired. An incidental deposit of $30 per night is required. The hotel does not accept cash for payment; American Express, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard are accepted.
