The surrounding area offers a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets, including a lively street market on Saturdays. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from Plaza España, Fira de Barcelona, Montjuïc, and Camp Nou Stadium. Sants Train Station provides direct rail connections to Barcelona El Prat Airport in about 15 minutes. The apartment is also a 40-minute bus ride from the nearest beach.

Each apartment has a living-dining area and a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kitchenware, coffee machine, and washing machine. Bed linens, towels, and a hairdryer are provided. Bed sizes are either 135x190 cm or 150x190 cm. Apartments facing the street have poor noise insulation, making them less suitable for light sleepers. Some apartments have windows overlooking an internal courtyard with potential noise from neighbours. The lift is small, accommodating only one or two people with luggage, and has been known to be unreliable. The building is an older property with parquet floors. A limited number of apartments have a private balcony or terrace. A shared rooftop terrace with city views is available for all guests.

The kitchen includes kitchenware, an electric kettle, and a washing machine, allowing guests to prepare meals in the apartment. There is no oven in the kitchen. The surrounding area offers a range of shops, bars, and restaurants within a short walk, including bakeries and a market hall for fresh produce. Several supermarkets and 24-hour minimarkets are nearby for grocery shopping.

The rooftop terrace is furnished with outdoor furniture, offering a space to relax or sunbathe. There are no wellness facilities such as a pool, spa, or gym on-site.
