Sants Station is a 10-minute walk, providing direct rail connections to the airport and other Spanish cities. The area is well-served by shops - a Mercadona supermarket, numerous cafés, bakeries, and restaurants are all within a few hundred metres. FC Barcelona's Camp Nou is reachable on foot in 20 minutes or within 5 minutes by bus or metro.

Each apartment features a private kitchen with a hob, microwave/oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee maker. Living areas include a sofa (often a sofa bed) and cable TV, while bedrooms offer comfortable beds - some with two twin mattresses pushed together to create a king-size surface. Selected units include a balcony or terrace with street or city views, available on request and subject to availability. All apartments have private bathrooms with a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The apartments are generally clean, well-maintained, and modern, with effective air conditioning and heating. Some units are on upper floors and are serviced by a lift. Space is ample for most travellers, though sofa beds can be firmer than standard mattresses, which may not suit everyone.

Each apartment is equipped with a full kitchen including hob, microwave/oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and coffee maker, allowing guests to cook their own meals. Several supermarkets, including a Mercadona, are nearby for grocery shopping. The surrounding streets offer many dining choices at all price points: from traditional Spanish and Mexican to Japanese and pizza, all within 300 metres. For breakfast, guests can prepare their own using the provided welcome pack (coffee, tea, oil, salt, pepper) and the kitchen appliances. There is no on-site restaurant or bar.

The property does not have a spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre. The area itself is peaceful and residential, making it easy to rest after sightseeing. A park with a children's playground and a workout area is a short walk away, and the beach at Barceloneta can be reached by bus in around 20 minutes. The location provides good access to sports events, such as at Camp Nou, and to the Montjuïc area for outdoor walks and cultural attractions.

The self-check-in system uses a door code sent by email, allowing arrival at any time.
