Parallel Metro Station is just a 3-minute walk, providing direct connections to major attractions and the airport (via the Aerobus). La Rambla is 10 minutes on foot, Maremagnum Shopping Centre and the Marina are a 15-minute walk, and Barceloneta Beach is about 10 minutes by bus. The surrounding area offers numerous restaurants and a supermarket right across the street. The area is less touristy, which provides a more local feel but can feel somewhat shabby; however, it is safe and well-connected. The cruise terminal is about 25 minutes by taxi.

Rooms are basic and functional, with some being quite compact, particularly single rooms. Sound insulation is limited, so noise from neighbouring rooms and corridors is common. Rooms with an interior courtyard are generally quieter. Some rooms have a window facing an interior well, which limits natural light. Triple rooms are also available with three beds, and a few rooms have a small balcony or terrace, though none are guaranteed. In-room safes are available for a daily charge of 2 EUR, and an iron can be borrowed from reception.

The breakfast consists of bread, pastries, cold items, and hot drinks, and is served from 07:00. While functional, those expecting a wider selection or hot savoury items may find it limited. There is no restaurant or bar on the property, but numerous diverse restaurants and cafes are within a short walk, including an Indian restaurant next door. A Lidl supermarket is also nearby. Drinking water is not provided in rooms, but guests plan for that.

The hotel does not have a spa, pool, or fitness centre. Bicycle rental is available for an additional charge, providing a flexible way to explore nearby attractions such as Montjuic Hill and La Rambla. The hotel's proximity to the metro makes the rest of Barcelona easily accessible.
