The hotel occupies the most central stretch of Barcelona's most famous promenade. Liceu Metro station is less than 20 metres from the front door, making it effortless to reach the rest of the city. The Gothic Quarter is immediately behind the hotel, offering a labyrinth of medieval streets, restaurants, and artisan shops. On foot: Plaça de Catalunya and the Port of Barcelona are each about 10 minutes away in opposite directions. Montjuïc Exhibition Centre is 10 minutes by metro, and Barcelona-El Prat Airport is roughly 30 minutes by taxi (€35-€40) or 35 minutes by Aerobus to Plaça de Catalunya plus a short walk. The hotel's position means most major attractions are within walking distance, though the area is very lively at night; rooms facing La Rambla will hear street sounds until late.

Double Rooms have one double bed and overlook the quiet garden and back street; these are noticeably quieter. Double Superior Rooms offer either a double plus a single bed, or two single beds, and feature a terrace or balcony with floor-to-ceiling windows and straight views over La Rambla. Some Superior rooms also have a hydromassage bath. All rooms have private bathrooms with either a shower or bathtub; the Superior rooms additionally have a hairdryer and hydromassage bath. Rooms facing La Rambla provide the iconic city views but are noisier; those facing the garden are much calmer, described by some as serene. Storage space is generous for a city hotel, and the minibar is standard. A few rooms have been noted as feeling dated, but cleanliness is consistently highlighted as good.

No breakfast or meal service is available at Flor Parks. The snack bar and café mentioned in some descriptions are not confirmed as operational. However, the location on La Rambla means dozens of restaurants, tapas bars, and cafés are within a two-minute walk. The Boqueria Market (200 m) provides fresh food and casual eating. Restaurants immediately adjacent include Bar Canete and Cafe de L'Opera, both at 0.5 km. For travellers who prefer a cooked breakfast or a full dinner, the immediate neighbourhood offers every cuisine type. Planning meals out is straightforward; the reception team can provide recommendations.

The roof terrace (solarium) is open until 22:00 and provides a space for sunbathing and city views. It is a simple, unstaffed area suited for relaxation rather than organised wellness. No other leisure facilities - pool, gym, or spa - are present. The terrace is closed after 22:00 to consider neighbouring rooms' rest.

The front desk is staffed 24 hours and handles late check-in, early check-out, and luggage storage (available before check-in from about 11:00 and after check-out until late evening). Daily housekeeping is included, and towels and bathroom amenities are replenished. A safety deposit box is free in each room. The hotel uses key card access and has CCTV in common areas; the main door is locked after 23:00 for additional security. No on-site restaurant, bar, or kitchen facilities are available. Parking is off-site (5 minutes walk, €30 per day, secure, no reservation needed). No airport shuttle service is offered; the recommended alternatives are Aerobus or taxi. Cots are available on request but extra beds are not permitted in standard rooms. Pets are not allowed. The lift serves all floors. Kettles are not provided in rooms but can be borrowed from reception if available.
