The apartments are located in the residential Watergraafsmeer district, 4 km from Dam Square. The Hogeweg tram stop (line 19) is less than a 2-minute walk and provides direct, quick access to Rembrandtplein and other central spots. Amsterdam Amstel Railway Station is a 20-minute walk, offering connections across the Netherlands. The area is pedestrian-friendly and feels safe, with Frankendael Park directly across the street for a morning jog or a calm afternoon. A large supermarket and several cafés and restaurants are within a 2-minute walk. The Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum are about 5 km away, reachable by tram in roughly 20 minutes. The Amsterdam RAI congress centre is 4 km from the apartments.

Each apartment includes a separate living room with a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, and tea/coffee maker. Most units have a private balcony or terrace - the Superior Apartment features a 17 m2 terrace, while the 2-Bedroom and Deluxe apartments have small French balconies at the front. Bedrooms typically have two single beds or a double bed; note that some double setups are two singles pushed together. Air conditioning is installed in all apartments except the two Economy units, which are provided with fans. Some apartments face the road, where traffic noise can be noticeable, and insulation between floors is limited, making upper-floor apartments significantly quieter. The staircases are steep and narrow - there is no lift - so the property is less suitable for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. A washing machine and dryer are available in each apartment.

Kitchens are well stocked with cookware, utensils, a dishwasher, and basic supplies such as coffee and tea for immediate use. Many apartments also have a welcome bottle of wine or champagne. A large supermarket and a bakery are within a 100-metre walk, making it simple to buy groceries. The surrounding area offers a variety of casual dining options - Elsa's Jazz Cafe (0.5 km), Olido (0.5 km), and Stoop Eten en Drinken (0.5 km) are nearby for dinner, and Coffee Company (0.5 km) and Cafe Cliche (0.5 km) are good for daytime meals or drinks. Since there is no breakfast offering, planning morning meals in advance is straightforward with the kitchen and local shops.

The large green park opposite the building is ideal for jogging, cycling, or a quiet stroll. The residential neighbourhood is safe and quiet, and the apartment balconies and terraces facing the courtyard are a peaceful place for relaxation without city noise. Those interested in cultural leisure can reach the Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh Museum by tram in about 20 minutes. For evening entertainment, Elsa's Jazz Cafe and other nearby restaurants and bars provide local nightlife without needing to go into the centre.

A security deposit of €300 is required at check-in and is refundable upon departure (card only). Parking options: on-site public parking costs €55 per day (no reservation possible); the Vicky Parking Garage (Middenweg 51, €20 per day, Vicky app mandatory) and Middenmeer Parkeergarage (€17 per day, 600 metres away, by appointment) offer cheaper alternative. There is no airport shuttle. Late check-in and early luggage drop are available on request and are commonly accommodated. The front desk can provide guidance on public transport and local services. High chairs and cots for babies are available on request. The property has CCTV outside, smoke alarms, and fire extinguishers for safety.
