Rooms range from cosy queen rooms to the Turret Suite with two bedrooms (queen downstairs, double in the turret) and two bathrooms. The Anne Suite offers a spacious room with a Victorian bath and balcony. The Sun Room has a private exterior staircase, no balcony, and is located at the back of the house. The Eugene Studio Suite on the first floor is a large, accessible room with a king bed and sitting area. All rooms include a private bathroom; some have a shower only while others offer a shower and bathtub. The building's historic character means there is no elevator and access to some rooms involves stairs, including a narrow exterior staircase. The property is pet-friendly for dogs with a $50 fee.

Breakfast is included and features items like eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, fresh fruit, pastries, coffee, and mimosas. The meal is served buffet-style in the garden courtyard. Happy hour runs from 4:00 to 5:00 PM and includes wine, beer, hard seltzer, cheese, crackers, fruit, and charcuterie. Coffee, tea, and water are available throughout the day. The kitchen also offers a cabinet of complimentary items such as sunscreen, aloe vera, and snacks. For dinner, a range of restaurants and bars is within a 5-minute walk on Duval Street.

The courtyard pool is small and suitable for a relaxing dip rather than lap swimming. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available.
