Frogner House is on Skovveien, a lively street in one of Oslo's most desirable neighbourhoods, known for its traditional architecture, shops, and restaurants. The building is close to Nationaltheatret Station and Solli plass, and the Niels Juels Gate tram stop is just around the corner, connecting directly to the city centre and major attractions. The Aker Brygge waterfront, with its many bars and restaurants, is 1 km away, and Bislett Stadium is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride (bus 21). Many top sights, including the Royal Palace, Frognerparken, and the main shopping street Karl Johans Gate, are within a 10-20 minute walk.

The apartments are set in a Victorian-era building with high ceilings and large windows. Studio sizes vary: Single Studio is cosy for one person, Double Studio has a double bed for 1-2 people, and Family Studio offers a dining area for four and can accommodate 2-4 guests. The Family Studio is slightly larger than the Large Studio. Extra beds (at 220 NOK/night) or a sofa bed can be prepared for groups exceeding two people. All studios have a private bathroom with shower; some feature underfloor heating. Rooms are equipped with an electric kettle, Nespresso machine, and kitchen utensils. While some apartments have a balcony, it cannot be guaranteed at the time of booking. Standard room amenities include a flat-screen TV, ironing board, and hairdryer. Note that there is no air conditioning, and noise from the street and trams is a known issue, especially in front-facing rooms.

The property does not have a restaurant or bar. Breakfast is available as a packed delivery from Samson Bakery, one of Oslo's oldest bakeries, and is brought to your door. The packed breakfast typically includes bread, cheese, ham, fruit, and juice. For more variety, there is a well-stocked supermarket directly across the street, and the neighbourhood is packed with cafés, bakeries, and restaurants - including Pizza da Mimmo, Kaffebrenneriet, and Japanese Dining Sato, all within a 2-minute walk. The kitchenette in each apartment is well equipped for preparing your own meals. Note that breakfast delivery may not be available on all dates; check availability before booking.

The property does not offer a spa, swimming pool, or gym. However, the beautiful Frognerparken Sculpture Park and surrounding green areas are within a short walk, ideal for jogging or relaxing. The neighbourhood itself is excellent for walking, with many shops and cafés. The Aker Brygge waterfront, 1 km away, has a lively atmosphere and scenic promenades. For structured exercise, the closest gym would be in the city centre or near Bislett Stadium.

Free WiFi is available throughout the building. Each floor has a shared laundry room with free washing machines and dryers; you need to supply your own detergent. Irons and ironing boards are in the apartment. A free luggage storage room is on the 5th floor. Express check-in/check-out is available via kiosks, and the reception is staffed from 08:00 to 23:00 for assistance. Safety features include 24-hour security, CCTV in common areas, key card access, and smoke alarms. Cots are available on request. Parking is not available on-site, but limited street parking (free between 20:00 and 09:00, paid otherwise) and paid spaces at the back of the property may be possible. Housekeeping and linen changes are available for an additional charge; daily cleaning costs 900 NOK. The building has a lift, and all apartments are non-smoking.
