The hotel sits in Tokyo's Korea Town, a short walk from Yodobashi Church (3 min), Meotogi Shrine, and Okubo Park. Shinjuku's main attractions are a 15-20 minute walk away. For longer trips, Shin-Okubo Station provides direct Yamanote Line access to Shibuya, Harajuku, and Ueno. Haneda Airport is about 23 km away. While the station proximity is excellent, the immediate area around the hotel is less polished than central Tokyo; the night atmosphere is lively with many restaurants and shops, but can feel less safe after dark. Several convenience stores and coin lockers are nearby.

Room types include double rooms (with either a unit bath or a separate bathroom), spacious double rooms with a walk-in shower, twin rooms (with tatami or standard flooring), triple rooms with two beds, and a suite with a separate living room and bedroom. All rooms feature a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, tea and coffee making facilities, trouser press, and pajamas. Some rooms have a sofa. Upper floors are lift-accessible. Compact room sizes are typical for central Tokyo, but some rooms offer more luggage space than others. Non-opening windows and limited ventilation can make standard rooms feel enclosed; rooms on higher floors may feel more spacious. Heating and individually controlled air conditioning are provided.

Breakfast is available from the restaurant on the first floor, offered as a pre-set plate (not a self-serve buffet). The meal typically includes eggs, sausages, and bacon, with limited variety for those with dietary restrictions. The breakfast cost is 1650 JPY per person per day. The same restaurant also serves other meals, and its quality has been positively noted. For non-breakfast dining, the surrounding Korea Town offers numerous restaurants and cafes within a 3-minute walk, including Solti Khaja Ghar Shin-Okubo, Toriyoshi, and Nihonkai Shoya.

The public bath is a clean, gender-separated facility with good water pressure and hot water. Access requires a key card from reception to control capacity. Bathing suits are not allowed. This facility is a popular way to unwind after a day of walking. There is no pool, spa, gym, or sauna on site.
