Nearby convenience stores (Lawson, 7-Eleven), supermarkets, and restaurants are within a 1-3 minute stroll. The property is about 23 km from Haneda Airport (use the Keisei Skyliner or Narita Express plus the JR Yamanote Line to Shin-Okubo Station, then a 10-minute walk) and about 18 minutes on foot from the nearest airport limousine bus stop (Shinjuku Bus Station).
