The hotel is centrally placed in Ginza, a short walk from multiple train and metro stations including Shinbashi JR Station. Tsukiji Fish Market is about a 20-minute walk away, and Hama-Rikyu Garden is just 10 minutes on foot. The area is extremely walkable, with abundant bars, restaurants, shopping, and a Don Quijote store within a few minutes. Family Mart is directly next to the hotel, and 7-Eleven is also nearby. For airport transfers, use Shinbashi Station for direct rail connections; no hotel shuttle is available.

Rooms range from single to triple configurations, with double rooms offering a standard king bed option. Room sizes are notably larger than typical Tokyo business hotels, especially when booking the larger room categories. The property is generally quiet, and rooms are kept clean. Windows in double rooms face a building, so no view is expected; balconies are not available. All rooms include Yukata robes, slippers, free toiletries, and a trouser press. Heating and air conditioning are standard. Beds are firm; a mattress topper may be requested if needed.

Breakfast is not included by default and must be selected as an add-on (payable separately). It is served at a nearby restaurant a short walk from the hotel. The surrounding Ginza streets offer a wide range of restaurants, from casual to high-end, within 0.3-0.5 km. A vending machine for drinks is available on the fourth floor for light snacks and beverages.

Wellness options are limited to paid massage treatments at the property. The hotel does not have a swimming pool, spa, or fitness centre. For relaxation, Hama-Rikyu Garden is a 10-minute walk away, offering a green space in the city.
