The hotel sits in a quiet residential pocket of central Tokyo, yet is extremely well-connected. Three subway stations - Kodenmacho (Hibiya Line, 3 min), Ningyocho (Asakusa & Hibiya, 5 min), and Bakuroyokoyama (Shinjuku Line, 6 min) - provide swift access. Akihabara is reachable within 2 minutes by subway, Ueno in 5 minutes, and Tokyo Station in a 20-minute walk (or a 10-minute, ~¥1000 taxi ride). For Narita Airport, take a limousine bus to Tokyo Air City Terminal, then walk 15 minutes. The nearest JR station is Shin-nihombashi. Around the hotel, you'll find two convenience stores (FamilyMart right downstairs, a 7-Eleven), several supermarkets, a pharmacy, and a Daiso. The area also features the historic Amazake Yokocho street with old-style food shops. The location works well for both public-transit and walk-based exploration, and the street remains quiet at night.

Each room includes free in-room Wi-Fi, a semi-double bed (120 cm wide), an en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and free toiletries. A hairdryer, pajamas (gown-type), slippers, and an alarm clock are provided. Rooms are compact but considered decent for Tokyo's budget segment - double-bed rooms offer fair space for two adults plus a baby. However, the surrounding streets are lined with diverse dining options: Japanese local specialities can be found at Osobatakamatsu, Ichiyu, Robata Kuzan, and Kushikatsu Tanaka; Italian at Il Tamburello; and quick meals at Veloce and Yoshinoya - all within 0.5 km. Restaurants Kurobyotan and Wakura (mentioned in older descriptions) serve lunch, dinner, and local dishes. Convenience stores (FamilyMart, 7-Eleven) are steps away for snacks and drinks.

There is no swimming pool, spa, gym, or other wellness facility at the hotel. Leisure activities focus on the rich walking environment: the historic Amazake Yokocho with traditional food shops, the nearby Ningyocho shopping street, and easy subway access to Ueno Park, Asakusa, and Akihabara. The hotel also offers a coin-operated laundry (¥200 per wash, ¥100 per 20 min dry) on floors 4 and 6, which can double as a self-service activity.
