An Aldi supermarket is adjacent, and numerous restaurants and shops are within 300 metres. Taxis are easily accessible from the hotel, and a taxi to the cruise port takes about 10-15 minutes. The location is particularly practical for walkers and city explorers, though street-facing rooms can experience some traffic noise.

Room types range from compact Classic/Basic rooms (often facing the inner patio) to Superior rooms with views of Gran Via or the terrace, Deluxe rooms with a terrace facing the back courtyard, and Junior Suites with a small balcony facing the street. All rooms have windows, but basic and classic rooms overlook the inner patio, which can feel dark with limited natural light and less fresh air. Soundproofing is present in many rooms, but noise from adjacent rooms or hallways is occasionally noticed in interior-facing units. Tea and coffee facilities are available in all rooms. For those wanting more space or a balcony/terrace, booking a Superior or higher category is recommended. Some rooms offer a small balcony on request.
