GreenHotel is in a quiet central neighbourhood, with Inaricho Metro Station (Ginza Line) just a two-minute walk away, providing direct access to Asakusa (15 minutes on foot), Ueno Park, and the city's main attractions. Ueno Station is also within easy walking distance, giving access to JR lines and the Shinkansen. Tokyo Haneda Airport is 22 km away. The area offers convenience stores (7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Lawson) within a few hundred metres, supermarkets like AEON, and a wide selection of restaurants-including ramen, soba, Indian, and Chinese options-within a 0.5 km radius. Walking to Senso-ji Temple is straightforward, and the neighbourhood is practical for both business and leisure stays. No parking is available.

Room types include single, double, twin, family, and quadruple configurations. All rooms feature air conditioning, a washing machine, a private balcony with a quiet street view, soundproof walls, a tea and coffee maker, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a bath in some units. Family rooms fit two single beds or two double beds; quadruple rooms offer four single beds or two double beds. Rooms are compact-most are suitable for sleeping, not extended lounging. The private bathroom in some configurations is located on the open corridor near the kitchen, separated by a curtain rather than a fully enclosed space; guests should confirm the bathroom layout when booking. Rooms facing the common entrance balcony can experience noise from smokers outside. Some rooms are windowless. Although compact, the rooms are practical for short stays, with comfortable beds, good temperature control, and essential amenities.

GreenHotel does not have a restaurant or bar. A vending machine provides drinks on the premises. Breakfast may be available for select bookings, but it is not guaranteed-check your rate and dates in advance. For meals, the surrounding area offers numerous dining options within a three-minute walk, including Sobasuke, Shinasoba Yamato, Chinese Ryori Gyoza Yatai, Indian Restaurant Sital, and several others. Convenience stores and a supermarket are also nearby for self-catering.

The hotel's wellness and leisure facilities are limited to a small garden. There is no swimming pool, spa, sauna, fitness centre, or other leisure amenities. The quiet neighbourhood and nearby Ueno Park provide options for walking and outdoor enjoyment.
