Nearby paid car parks offer 24-hour rates, but the area is best explored on foot or by public transport. The street near the property has a soup kitchen, which some may find less comfortable after dark, but the immediate area is generally safe and well-connected.

Rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, wardrobe, towels, toiletries, flat-screen TV and heating. The triple room has three single beds, and the twin room has two single beds. Room sizes vary; many are spacious with high ceilings and a vintage decor style. Some rooms feature carpeted floors. Note that there is no lift - all rooms are on the first or second floor.
