The street itself is relatively quiet while being close to busy areas. Public transport is the primary mode of access, as on-site parking is not available. Despite the railway proximity, the location is on a quieter street that remains practical for sleep.

Private double rooms include a private bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers, as well as a TV and heating. These rooms are compact - described as very small, often making it difficult to open large suitcases. The bed is a mattress on the floor with limited storage space. Some private rooms have a shared bathroom. Family rooms accommodate 3-6 guests with bunk beds, and some include a private bathroom. Dormitories feature capsule-style beds with curtains, charging points, and individual lighting; a ladies-only floor is available. Noise from trains can be significant, especially on lower floors or in road-facing rooms. Temperature control can be uneven, with top bunks being warm and window beds cold. Sheets are included for all beds; towels either depend on the bed type or cost 200 JPY.
