The area is packed with restaurants, shops, and attractions - Senso-ji Temple and Tokyo Skytree are within walking distance. Pedestrian streets can be crowded, making luggage movement slow during peak times. No parking is available, so public transport is the best option.

Room types range from Standard and Superior (22-24 m², 140 cm beds) to Deluxe (160 cm), SkyPremium (views of Senso-ji and Skytree), and Suites (26-29 m², Hollywood twin or king). Deluxe and Suites have bathtubs; others have walk-in showers with ReFa Multi-Shower. Each room includes a two-burner stove, microwave, fridge, cookware, and washer/dryer with free detergent. All have 43-inch UHDTV (49-inch in suites), free wired internet, safe, and soundproofing. Suites include a dining table; folding tables can be rented. No balconies. Smoking rooms restrict to e-cigarettes and heated tobacco from June 2025. Rooms facing the pedestrian street may hear ambient noise, but soundproofing is effective overall.

Meals can be prepared using the two-burner stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Seasonings such as olive oil, soy sauce, and spices are sold at the concierge for 150 yen each.
