Shinjuku San-chome Station is an 8-minute walk away, providing direct subway access to Shibuya and Ginza. The area is quiet at night but within walking distance of numerous restaurants, bars, convenience stores, and cafes. Reaching Shinjuku Station takes about 10 minutes on foot or one stop on the subway. For airport access, use the Narita Express or airport limousine bus to Shinjuku Station, then walk or take a short taxi. The hotel is also close to two Michelin Guide ramen spots and the Shinjuku National Garden.

Standard Single, Twin, and Double rooms (cannot accommodate extra beds) include basic amenities. Larger options like the Comfort Triple (up to 4 guests), Deluxe Family, and Superior Family (up to 5 guests) offer more space, with some family rooms featuring tatami and a kitchenette. Double beds are 140 cm wide, and the property tends toward firm mattresses and small pillows - those preferring a softer sleep surface may want to plan accordingly. The window view often faces another building or a construction site, so natural lighting is minimal and curtains must stay closed for privacy. Some rooms are housed in a separate annex building down the street, which may differ in condition from the main building.

The breakfast is a continental meal brought to the room at a pre-arranged time. There is no on-site restaurant or cafe, but the surrounding neighbourhood has a wide choice of dining options within a 2-minute walk, including ramen, udon, coffee shops, convenience stores, and snack bars.

There is no spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre on site. For outdoor recreation, Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden is a 5-minute walk away. The quiet residential neighbourhood is well-suited for walking or cycling around the local area.

Parking is private, on-site, costs ¥3300 per day, and requires a reservation. The hotel offers an airport shuttle for an additional fee (one-way around ¥25,000), but no free shuttle. A coin-operated self-service laundry is directly across the street (¥300 wash, ¥500 dryer). The hotel provides a laundry bag service - ¥1500 per bag for wash, dry, and fold. Daily housekeeping includes towel replacement and trash removal; bed linen is changed every 2-3 days. The lift is small (fits 2 people with luggage). Wheelchair-accessible rooms have a large wet-room shower and grab rails, though the curb ramp at the entrance and the small lift may still pose challenges. Pets are allowed with additional charges.
