The area is well supplied with convenience stores and restaurants, though market streets can be crowded during the day. Local temples and a riverside park are within walking distance.

Moderate Single Rooms have a 140 cm x 200 cm bed; Residential Double Rooms have a 160 cm x 200 cm bed. Twin Rooms provide two beds. Many rooms are compact (around 11 m2) but cleverly laid out; larger 18 m2 rooms are also available. The in-room washer/dryer (with free detergent) is a standout feature-the combined cycle takes roughly 2 hours. Some rooms include a kitchenette with induction stove, microwave, refrigerator, and basic cookware. All rooms come with electric kettle, hairdryer, pajamas, and safety deposit box. Windows cannot be opened; bathrooms lack ventilation, which can lead to heat and occasional odors. No balconies or extra beds are available. Those sensitive to smoke should request a room away from the elevator to minimize exposure from the lobby smoking area.

Breakfast vouchers cost 900 JPY and are redeemable at select nearby eateries, including a sushi restaurant where the voucher covers a tuna donburi set with miso soup and a drink. The hotel cannot accommodate vegan, gluten-free, or other special dietary restrictions. If you book with breakfast included but do not eat, no refund is provided. The Tsukiji area offers many market stalls serving fresh sushi, sashimi, and grilled items from early morning, providing a wide range of breakfast choices. No restaurant or bar operates within the hotel.
