Tokyo University and Ueno Zoo are a 10-15 minute walk away. The area is ideal for exploring the historic Yanaka, Nezu, and Sendagi districts on foot.

Dormitory rooms (men's 6-bed, women's 4-bed) offer bunk beds with lockers, curtains, and personal lighting. Private rooms: Semi-Double (shared bath, 13 m²), Theater Double (private bath, 15 m², double bed), Theater King (private bath, 15 m², king 220 cm), Superior Theater King (private bath, 25 m², king 220 cm), and Deluxe Theater King (private bath, 35 m², king 240 cm, can sleep up to 3). The Deluxe and Superior King rooms can be configured as twins upon advance request. All rooms have air conditioning, a 100L refrigerator, electric kettle, desk, and free Wi-Fi. Bathrooms in standard private rooms are compact prefabricated units; sound insulation between rooms is limited, and street noise may be audible in front-facing rooms. Breakfast (7:30-11:00, last order 10:30) offers a choice of three set menus: ratatouille soup with bread, seasonal sweet potato potage, or avocado toast with concassé salad; all include yogurt with granola and unlimited coffee/tea.
