Milano Malpensa Airport is 50 km away, with public buses leaving every 10 minutes from the main station, or a private shuttle for 130 euros each way. The surrounding area has several restaurants and a grocery store across the road, though ongoing construction nearby can create early-morning noise.

Rooms vary in size and setup, from compact singles to spacious doubles and twins with balconies. All feature parquet floors, satellite TV, air conditioning and a private entrance. Soundproofing is minimal, with noise from the street, underground trains and neighbouring rooms easily audible, making earplugs advisable for light sleepers. Road-facing rooms are noisier than those at the back. Bedding quality varies from comfortable king-size beds to worn or uncomfortable mattresses, and some rooms lack sufficient power outlets. The shared bathrooms are kept clean with daily towel changes, but shower cubicles are basic and can leak water onto the floor. Balcony access may be partially blocked by roller blinds in some rooms.

Unlike the previously advertised buffet breakfast, the property now only offers an espresso-based coffee for a fee (1 euro per cup). There is no restaurant on site, but a vending machine for drinks is available. Several restaurants and cafés are within a 5-minute walk, offering full meal options.
