Suitengu Station (Hanzomon Line) is about 7 minutes away on foot, and Ningyocho Station (Toei Asakusa Line) is about 10 minutes. This makes direct rail connections to both Narita and Haneda airports straightforward - the Toei Asakusa Line runs from Ningyocho. The Tokyo City Air Terminal (TCAT), a 5-minute walk, offers frequent limousine buses to both airports (25-35 minutes to Haneda, about 1 hour to Narita) for a flat fee around ¥1,000. The immediate area is well-served: a 24-hour supermarket (Peacock) is across the street, and there are several convenience stores, bakeries, and local restaurants within a 2-3 minute walk. The area is notably safe and quiet, well-suited for travellers who prefer a relaxed base after exploring the city.

Room types include semi-double, double, twin, triple, and family configurations (up to 3 beds). All rooms have a private bathroom with a bath, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and slippers, plus air conditioning, soundproof walls, a wardrobe, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. Corner double rooms are notably more spacious and brighter, with larger windows; the Premium Terrace Room has an 8.8 m2 balcony. Standard rooms are functional but compact-typical for Tokyo.
