The hotel sits in the central Hibiya/Ginza area, placing it within a 5-minute walk of Hibiya Park, a 10-minute walk of the Imperial Palace, and a 10-minute train ride from Tokyo Station. Subway lines (Hibiya, Chiyoda, Mita) and JR lines are all within a few minutes on foot, making it easy to reach Shibuya, Shinjuku, and the Tokyo Station bullet trains. The surrounding area is lively with shopping, department stores, and a wide range of dining - from under-the-tracks yakitori and izakaya to high-end Ginza restaurants. The Airport Limousine bus stop is a short walk away, providing direct service to both Narita and Haneda airports. For runners or walkers, the Imperial Palace gardens are a 10-minute stroll, and Tsukiji Market is walkable. Note that parking is not available on site, but several paid parking stations exist nearby.

All rooms are air-conditioned and carpeted, with a flat-screen TV (with Netflix access via QR code), an electric kettle with a selection of tea bags, a fridge, a hairdryer, and free toiletries. The bathroom is private and includes a rain shower; twin rooms have a bathtub. Bed sizes are single/semi-double (130-140 cm wide) and twin (two single beds 110 cm wide). Some rooms have windows overlooking Hibiya Park. The hotel does not have connecting rooms. Upper-floor rooms tend to be better maintained and quieter; lower-floor rooms may have older furnishings and more noise from the trains. The air-conditioning system resets to 27 °C each afternoon, so rooms can feel warm upon return.

CAFE & DINING ARCH HIBIYA is located within the hotel and serves breakfast from 07:00 to 14:30 on weekdays and 07:00 to 15:30 on weekends, offering both continental items (pastries, eggs) and Japanese staples (rice, miso soup, grilled fish). The breakfast buffet costs 2030 JPY per person and is paid separately - not included in the standard room rate. For other meals, the surrounding Ginza and Yurakucho area provides an enormous range of dining within a 5-minute walk, from casual ramen and yakitori under the train tracks to upscale sushi and kaiseki. There is a vending machine for drinks on-site, and several convenience stores are nearby for snacks and supplies.

Each room comes with a massage chair that helps relax muscles after a day of walking around Tokyo. The hotel does not have a spa, swimming pool, or fitness centre. For outdoor leisure, Hibiya Park (5 min walk) and the Imperial Palace gardens (10 min) offer walking and jogging paths.
