The hotel sits directly beside Bakurocho Station (JR Sobu Line) entrance, providing two-stop access to Tokyo Station and a direct line to Narita Airport. Higashi Nihonbashi Station (Toei Asakusa Line) is a 3-minute walk and connects to both Narita and Haneda airports. The Toei Shinjuku and Tokyo Metro Hibiya lines are also within 5-10 minutes on foot, making all major Tokyo attractions reachable without transfers. A 7-Eleven convenience store is next door, and numerous restaurants are within 0.5 km. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe, but central enough for easy access to Akihabara and Asakusa. Taxi to Tokyo Station costs around 1000 JPY.

Rooms are small by international standards: double rooms suit one adult or a couple with carry-on luggage only, as two large suitcases cannot be opened at the same time. Each room includes air conditioning with heating, an air purifier/humidifier, fridge, electric kettle, desk, flat-screen TV, and soundproof walls. The en-suite bathroom features a bath, shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries (slippers, toothbrush sets). Pillows are thin and may be uncomfortable for side sleepers; extra pillows are available only upon request. Some rooms have a view of Tokyo Skytree. The property is older and décor is dated, but daily housekeeping is included and of good standard.

Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM in a small dining room. The buffet includes bread, salads, soup, sausages, scrambled eggs, rice, Japanese side dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, and juices. The selection is consistent daily, and food quality is generally good but can be limited when crowded. The dining area seats few guests, so queues and difficulty finding a table are common between 7:30 and 9:30 AM. For early departures, no takeaway breakfast boxes are available. The lobby has a self-service drink bar offering free coffee, tea, lemon water, and a microwave - available 10:00-24:00. A 7-Eleven is directly downstairs, and many nearby restaurants serve lunch and dinner.

There is no pool, spa, or fitness centre at the hotel. For leisure, guests can relax in the lobby's library cafe area with complimentary hot drinks from 10:00 to 24:00. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available on two floors (300 JPY wash, 100 JPY per 30 minutes drying). A public gym is a 5-minute walk away for those wanting to exercise.
